In summer we feel thirstier, so we continue to drink as much water as possible. But as the seasons change and the weather gets cooler, we reduce the amount of water we drink.

You must have noticed many times that as much as we feel thirsty on hot or summer days, we don’t feel so thirsty on winter or monsoon days. As a result, people drink less water in winter, when the monsoon arrives. But you still don’t feel the problem of dehydration. But it does not mean at all that if you are not thirsty then you should not drink water, so the question is how much water should we drink in this season?

We all know that our body is made up of 70 percent water. When there is a lack of water in the body, due to dehydration, the cells shrink and do not function properly, so the cells need a lot of water to function properly. We need to stay hydrated in every season.
How much water should be drunk in the monsoon so that no health related problems occur? If you are suffering from bile problem then you should drink 3 to 3.5 liters of water every day, because your body stays cool . If you have phlegm, you naturally absorb water. If you have a talk, you will not be thirsty all day, and then you will feel tired. People with water problems should drink 8 glasses of water a day. Water removes matter. Balances pitta dosha and prevents kapha buildup.

An adequate amount of water should be consumed in each season, be it summer or winter, since with the change of season the risk of other diseases also increases and water helps a lot to prevent them. Drinking water keeps your body hydrated. Immunity is enhanced. Helps eliminate toxins from the body. Problems related to the liver, stomach and kidneys are reduced. Even if you are not thirsty, you should drink water to stay hydrated.
